Life is not Measured by the Breaths We Take, but the Moments that Take our Breath Away
This quote is one that I love to repeat in my head, because it brings me back to what truly matters in life and allows me to reflect on my goals. As a senior my head is a layered stack of blueberry pancakes because of college applications, financial aid deadlines, and now applying for scholarships, which is the fluff of whip cream on top of my pancakes.
It’s that time of the year, when we share a slice of our love with our precious beings. The day we wear our pink and red wardrobe and transform into a princess. We take the time to enjoy quality time at dinner, or a movie with our loved ones and give thanks to have them be part of our life. This day is of course Valentine’s day!

I know that when I’m done with practice my tummy is ready to munch and crunch on anything, even chips. However, I acknowledge that eating fats after a long run will only result in me feeling terrible the next day.
